Hazelnut Cakes(Makes 12 To 14 Small Cakes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. unblanched hazelnuts, ground or pureed in blender
2 c. water
1/3 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Boil the ground nuts in the water, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until the mixture is the consistency of mush.
Mix in the corn meal and salt and let stand for about 20 minutes or until thick.
