Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    5 medium potatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 pkg. medium Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
    Tony's Creole
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Place oil in casserole. Cut up potatoes; place in oil. Salt, pepper and Creole season to taste. Mix in oil until coated. Place onion and bell pepper strips on top of potatoes. Slice sausage and place on top. Cover
    with shredded cheese. Bake until potatoes are done at 375\u00b0.
