Quick Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. oil
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well except butter.
Put on floured board and knead a few minutes.
Roll or pat out.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Dip in melted butter and fold.
Place in pan.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
Yields 18 to 20 rolls.
