Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. sliced beef (very thin)
1 bottle soy sauce
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
5 to 6 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Marinate the sliced meat in the sauces overnight.
Dry in a food dryer or a screen in the oven 200\u00b0 or less, if possible. Brush with sauces while drying, 4 to 5 hours, depending on oven temperature.
