911 Chili Con Carne With Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped (1 c.)
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, dried
8 oz. La Victoria ranchero sauce (hot)
8 oz. hot jalapenos, chopped
2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onion tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except kidney beans.
Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally (or cook, uncovered, about 45 minutes).
Stir in beans; heat.
Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
Makes 4 to 5 servings (about 1 cup each).
