Homemade Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. quick-acting yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    7 c. all-purpose flour, divided (2 c. and 5 c.)
Preparation
    Cream Crisco shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add cold and boiling water, 2 cups flour and yeast mixture.
    Beat well.
    Then gradually add remaining flour until well mixed.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Use as needed.
