Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. hot mustard
    2 lb. chicken wings
Preparation
    Cut the wings into 3 pieces and discard the wing tips.
    Stir the wings into the sauce and let sit, refrigerated, for at least 3 hours.
    Spread wings on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn wings every 15 minutes.
    They must be very brown, so bake longer, if necessary.
