Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. raw peanuts
    3 heaping tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and salt on medium heat until mixture comes to\ta
    boil
    (rolling
    boil).
    Add\traw peanuts and cook until peanuts
    change
    color
    and taste if done.\tRemove from heat, stir in soda.
    Mix quickly and pour or spread on greased cookie sheet. Not
    too
    thin.
    Let
    cool\tand
    break in small pieces.
