Hungarian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast in 1/3 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 beaten eggs
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Form small balls of dough and roll in sugar mix.
    In bottom of angel food cake pan, place raisins and nuts.
    Then place layer of balls in greased angel food cake pan.
    Add sprinkling of chopped nuts and raisins.
    Add layer of balls, then raisins; repeat until pan is half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Invert pan so syrup will drain into cake for few minutes.
    Remove bottom side up.
