Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
dash of garlic powder
jalapeno pepper slices
Preparation

Place peppers in bottom of well-greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Spread cheese evenly over peppers.
Pour eggs and garlic (mixed together) evenly over cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
