Hot Sauce(Salsa) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pt. tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. hot Mexican chili powder
4 Tbsp. onion
2 1/2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Cook tomatoes for 30 minutes.
Add other ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
Seal in 3 pint jars.
Additional onion, brown sugar and/or red pepper can be added to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips or use as a base for chili.
