Kugel Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. fine noodles
1 c. white raisins
1 pt. milk
Preparation

Cook noodles.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add beaten eggs.
Add cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla in order listed.
Fold in noodles and raisins.
Add milk, place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Refrigerate overnight and reheat the next day.
