Stuffed Italian Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers
1 1/2 c. bread
6 anchovies
8 green olives
oil and salt
Preparation

Take seeds out of peppers, wash and dry, chop anchovies and olives in small pieces, add to bread crumbs.
Moisten with oil, stuff peppers, seal with piece of bread or stem of pepper.
Bake about 3/4 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Pour a little oil over peppers before baking, add just a little salt.
