Cinderella'S Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. firm packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix oats and water; let stand until cool.
Stir together next 4 ingredients.
In large bowl stir margarine, sugars until blended. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour and mix thoroughly. Stir in oatmeal.
Turn into ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Spread with quick topping while cake is warm.
