Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 c. cornflake crumbs (generous 1 c.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute
    onions
    in
    1/2 of butter.
    Add soup, cheese and sour cream.
    Blend.
    Add this mixture to hash browns.
    Mix 1/2 of butter
    (melted) with crushed cornflakes and put on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
