Beef Casserole Chinese Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    2 c. finely sliced raw celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook beef in frying pan until brown and crumbly.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Arrange thawed peas over the meat. Cover with celery.
    Mix together the soup, milk, salt, pepper and onion; pour over the peas and meat.
    Sprinkle potato chips on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
