Scallops Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh or frozen scallops
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Spray baking pan with vegetable oil.
    Rinse scallops in cold water and drain.
    Place in baking pan.
    In a saucepan, combine honey, mustard, curry powder and lemon juice. Brush scallops with sauce.
    Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned.
