Fried Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    breast of turkey, cut into strips
    flour
    buttermilk
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut turkey into strips and remove skin.
    Soak turkey strips in buttermilk at least one hour.
    Drain well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Dredge in flour and deep-fry.
