Asparagus Fold-Overs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1 packet hollandaise sauce mix, prepared
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    8 to 12 asparagus spears
Preparation
    Break asparagus spears into 3 to 4 inch pieces and cook until crisp tender.
    Prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions on packet.
    Cut crusts off bread slices. For each turnover, spread 1 tsp. hollandaise sauce on bread.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and put several slices of asparagus in the center of the bread. Fold one corner of bread over and secure with a wooden toothpick. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Repeat for remaining turnovers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until browned.
    Makes 8 turnovers.
