Buck To Robin'S Famous Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    1 lb. skirt steaks
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 sticks butter
    3 large sweet onions
    3 bell peppers
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    3 large ripe tomatoes
    3 c. grated cheese
    1/2 head shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Marinate the meat in melted butter and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Cook slowly over hickory.
    Cut onions, bell peppers and mushrooms into butter and fry until brown.
    Add tomatoes and fry for 5 more minutes.
    Add meat.
    Serve with cheese, lettuce and tortillas.
