Holiday Potato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lbs unpared potatoes, cooked and drained
1/4 c butter
1 pt sour cream
1/2 c corn flakes, crushed
1 can condensed cream of celery
2-1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsp melted butter
1 small onion, chopped
fresh parsley
Preparation

Remove skins from potatoes and shred into a bowl.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup melted butter until tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and cheese.
Mix well. Turn onto greased 9x13 baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with corn flakes and drizzle with 3 tbsp butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
