Egg Nog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 whole eggs
3 qt. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brandy, bourbon or rum (optional)
Preparation

Heat milk.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
When milk begins to simmer, slowly add egg mixture while beating continuously.
Cook over low heat until mixture coats spoon.
Sprinkle nutmeg over top.
Add 1 cup of booze if desired.
