Rice Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried savory
1 1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
1 zucchini (large; about 3 lb.)
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground meat. Add onion, rice, parsley, savory and water. Cover and cook until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally. Cut zucchini in half. Scoop out seeds and sprinkle with a little salt. Stuff with the rice and meat filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with foil and place in a flat baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until squash is tender.
