Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut (Angel Flake)
3 c. raw apples, chopped (about 3 medium sized apples)
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream together sugar and oil.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add the dry ingredients.
Mix.
Add vanilla, coconut, dates, apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or use 3 small loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done (usually a little over 1 hour if pans ar small).
Serves 20 people.
