Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drain and squeeze all liquid out
    8 slices natural Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add sauerkraut.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour Thousand Island on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
