Cheese Filled Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 manicotti noodles
12 to 14 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 to 1 c. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 jars (28 oz. jar) Parmesan Ragu
Preparation

Beat eggs with butter. Add remaining ingredients (except Ragu).
Mix well. Stuff uncooked noodles with cheese mixture. Mix Ragu and water.
Pour over manicotti.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese.
