Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cubed chicken
    1 2/3 c. cooked peas and carrots
    3 or 4 cooked potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1 boiled egg, chopped (optional)
    biscuits
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Blend in flour.
    Cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth and milk; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Stir in vegetables and seasonings and egg.
    Heat.
    Spoon chicken mixture into a 1 1/2-quart dish and top with the biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
    It takes about 14 biscuits, cut into quarters.
