Barbecued Pork Chinese Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork loin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. five spice seasoning
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. hai sin sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pork.
    Rub into pork loin and marinate 3 to 4 hours.
    Roast in a 350\u00b0 oven on rack for 25 minutes.
    Turn over and bake 25 minutes more.
    Serve with Chinese style hot mustard and sesame seed.
