Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    6 slices bread, spread with margarine and cubed
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (6 oz. pkg.)
    2 c. half and half
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat eggs, half and half, salt and mustard together.
    Put cubed bread into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle sausage over top, pour eggs over and add cheese to top.
    Let sit overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
