Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mash bananas.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add to sugar mixture; beat well.
    Add mashed bananas and nuts until well blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Bread is done when it doesn't stick by testing with a toothpick.
