King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 medium white onion, diced
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel
    2 c. canned chicken
    1 (12 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 to 15 corn tortillas, cut into strips
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Dice up onion and bell pepper and cook with margarine until tender. Stir in chicken soup and Ro-Tel. In a 9 x 13 pan, spray with Pam and layer tortillas, sauce and cheese. Layer several times. Cook for 35 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to thicken.
