Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. instant coffee powder
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate morsels (microwave works fine).
    Add the next 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
    Pour into pastry shell and top with remaining pecans.
    Bake on bottom shelf of oven at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes; then lower temperature to 275\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
    Cool and serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
