Quick Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced peaches, thawed
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Place 1 cup peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until smooth.
    Pour pureed peaches into a saucepan; add corn syrup, water and cornstarch.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in remaining peach slices and lemon juice.
    Spoon mixture into crust; top with whipped cream.
    Cover and chill 8 hours.
