Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
margarine
5 skinless chicken breasts
Preparation

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together. Place chicken breasts in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour soup mixture over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture, then cover with bread crumbs.
Dot margarine on top of bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
(May be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.)
