Cajun Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
dash of red pepper
1 c. green onions
1 c. parsley
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Drop by teaspoonful in hot oil. Cook until well browned.
