Sauce Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    White pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend together in a bowl, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Slowly add oil while mixing with a
    wire whisk.
