Very Easy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Combine flour and beaten egg, shortening, salt and water.
Mix until dough is soft.
Roll out thin.
Cut into small strips and drop in boiling broth.
Cook until tender.
