Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. Parkay butter
18 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix coconut and pecans; put in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan; mix cake mix according to package directions.
Pour on top of coconut and nuts.
Put butter and cream cheese in microwave to soften.
Mix box of sugar with butter and cream cheese, mix well. Spoon over top of cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool before cutting.
