Tri-Color Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes tri-color rotini
    1 large bottle Italian dressing
    1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. pepperoni, cut into small pieces
    cherry tomatoes (in season), quartered (optional)
    grated carrot (optional)
    bell pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Make rotini as per box directions.
    Drain.
    Rinse in cold water.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss.
    Re-toss before serving, if you let it sit for more than 30 minutes.
