Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat together the cream cheese, eggs and 3/4 cup sugar.
Put in greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Leave cool for 15 minutes.
Beat together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Pour on top of pie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Top with fruit of your choice.
