Open Face Burger Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. Miracle Whip
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook and stir ground beef, drain and set aside.
    Mix sour cream, Miracle Whip, cheese and onions; set aside.
    Stir Bisquick and water to soft dough.
    Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Pat dough into pan, pressing 1/2-inch up sides of pan.
    Layer beef and tomatoes on dough. Spoon sour cream mix over top.
    Bake until edges are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
