Quick Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each: salt, soda and vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation

Beat sugar, egg and oil.
Add salt, soda, vanilla and milk. Mix in flour and blend well. Fold in rhubarb.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes in preheated oven.
