Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corned beef brisket (in bag with seasonings)
    1 loaf rye bread
    2 (16 oz.) cans chopped kraut
    12 slices Swiss cheese
    small bottle Thousand Island dressing
    red onion, sliced (optional)
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Boil corned beef in seasonings as directed on bag until tender.
    Let cool completely.
    Spread dressing on each slice of bread.
    Cover bread slice with thinly sliced corned beef, kraut, cheese and onion.
    Place other slice on top with dressing facing sandwich filling.
    Heat 1 tablespoon at a time of margarine in a nonstick skillet and brown sandwich on each side.
    This will make 12 sandwiches.
