Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain and place in a bowl.
Add butter, eggs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Spread over the bottom and up the sides of a greased 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Spoon cottage cheese on top of the spaghetti; set aside.
