Asparagus Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked (tender-crispy) asparagus
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
oil
Preparation
-
Drain asparagus and chop very fine.
Mix eggs, baking powder, flour, milk and salt.
Add asparagus.
Mix well.
