Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    6 slices bread (crusts only)
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown sausage; cool and drain.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and mustard; beat again.
    Add bread crusts; stir.
    Add cheese, mushrooms and sausage; stir.
    Put into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Great for the brunch bunch.
    Serves 8 to 10.
