Chicken Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts (4 halves)
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained (I have used canned, too)
    1 egg
    flour
    1/2 lemon (juice only)
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. white wine
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour and egg. Brown in butter (about 4 minutes on each side).
    Place chicken in baking dish and top each piece with small amount of spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and put slice of Mozzarella cheese on each piece.
    Bring chicken broth and wine to slow boil and add lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Good with fettucini.
