Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can chicken soup
    chopped onion to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour, brown in butter and remove.
    Stir soup, seasonings and water into drippings.
    Cook and stir to a boil. Spread rice from box into a casserole dish.
    Pour soup mixture over rice and stir to moisten.
    Top with chicken pieces.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
