Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch graham pie shell
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk, sweetened
    3 eggs (yolks only)
    1/3 c. Minute Maid pure lemon juice (not lemonade mix)
    14 vanilla wafer cookies
    4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Combine Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl.
    Using a wire whip, mix together well.
    It will thicken automatically.
    Pour filling into shell. Place vanilla wafers around edge of filled pie, leaving approximately one-half of the wafer above the fill line.
    Top pie with Cool Whip.
    Cover pie with plastic wrap.
    Place pie in freezer at least 2 hours before serving.
    Serve frozen.
