White Chocolate Chips Brownies(Very Rich And Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 eggs
    10 oz. white chocolate or milk chocolate pieces
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    Over medium heat, stirring constantly, bring sugar, butter and water to a boil.
    Turn off heat.
    Mix in vanilla and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture smooth.
    Mix in eggs, one at a time.
    Let mixture cool 15 minutes (very important to cool).
    Mix in white or milk chocolate pieces.
